I was interested in seeing this podcast because proper nutrition is one of my interests in having a balanced life. This couple is also quite adorable and I always enjoyed watching how the two of them interact.
I have watched the entire interview and made a short video summing up the key ideas that stuck with me.

– our body is like a hot furnace so throwing cold beverages or cold food makes its life harder. Try to avoid giving this kind of shock to your body
– chew your food properly. In this way your stomach has less work to do and it is also healthier for you.
– have a morning and an evening routine. In the evening Radhi mentioned about taking a bath with nice essential oils followed up by a lovely massage with a nicely fragranced body oil. When you take care of your body you basically show how much you love yourself.
-use spices. They have multiple benefits and minerals which contribute to your health.
– try to eat and cook with your hands once in a while. This is a sign for your body that food is coming and in this way he will prepare itself. Touch and texture is an important part of our connection with our own food.
